Refund Eligibility Summary

You may request a full refund within 5 days of booking, provided your check-in date is at least 1 month (30 days) away.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Bapli Bunglows, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business:

Full Refund Conditions:

  • Cancellation request must be made within 5 days of the original booking date.
  • The check-in date must be at least 30 days (1 month) from the date of cancellation request.
  • Both conditions must be met to qualify for a full refund.

2. Refund Scenarios

Eligible for Full Refund

Booking made on Jan 1, Check-in on Feb 15, Cancellation requested on Jan 4 (within 5 days, check-in 45 days away)

Not Eligible - Request Too Late

Booking made on Jan 1, Check-in on Feb 15, Cancellation requested on Jan 10 (more than 5 days since booking)

Not Eligible - Check-in Too Soon

Booking made on Jan 1, Check-in on Jan 20, Cancellation requested on Jan 3 (check-in less than 30 days away)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellation requests made after 5 days from the booking date.
  • Cancellation requests when check-in is less than 30 days away.
  • No-shows (failure to arrive without prior cancellation).
  • Early departure from the property.
  • Bookings cancelled due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

4. Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is separate from the booking amount:

  • For cancelled bookings eligible for refund, the security deposit (if already paid) will be refunded in full.
  • For completed stays, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to property inspection.
  • Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules.

Please have your booking confirmation number ready when requesting a refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Modifications to Booking

If you wish to modify your booking dates instead of cancelling:

  • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • Modification requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Force Majeure

In case of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with guests to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
